Methodology

We develop and follow a guideline in helping our clients.  These processes serve as core methodology and continue to evolve as needed by our clients. Our certified professionals will guide you through every step of the project from conception to completion.

• Assessment
In our assessment stage, we define and prioritize overall objectives and requirements of the project.  Base on our target-market analysis and competitive analysis, it will determine the best structure and format for their solution.

• Project Planning and Design
At this stage, we create technical design solution base our requirement gathering.  These aspects are communicated to our customers in the form of flowcharts, mockup-images, and mockup-pages.  We will provide project time line and staff resource allocation to ensure meeting project deadline.

• Development
In this critical stage of the project, we develop and implement solution base on our signed off requirement and technical design. 

• Quality Assurance & Deployment
At this stage, we provide quality assurance for our solution including unit testing, integration testing and performance testing.  In addition, we help clients to develop user acceptance testing cases to ensure all business and functional requirements are met.  Once UAT is passed, solution will be deployed into production environment.

• Maintenance
We are committed to maintain and support our solutions. We provide limited time post live support including defect resolution and performance turning.  Other maintenance services include additions or regular changes to solutions and are typically charged on a yearly maintenance contract or on a per-item quote basis.
